Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at ABASAR NEPAL PVT.LTD in Nepal. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, communication, and conducting interviews on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
- Strong communication and interviewing abilities
- Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Knowledge of HR policies and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certifications in HR or Recruitment Management are a plus
