Overview

The National Sales Manager holds a pivotal role within the organization, tasked with driving and leading the national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments to ensure that sales initiatives align with overall business goals. The National Sales Manager is responsible for setting sales targets, developing sales plans, and managing the sales team across various regions. They will analyze sales data, identify market trends, and implement effective sales strategies to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall supervision of Sales Department, Dealer.
  • Achievement of given sales/ Collection target Monthly/Quarterly/Annually.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Motivate, guide, and train Sales Team for optimum Sales & Revenue generation, balance confirmation of all parties.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Overall management of Sales of various products through Policy Bound
  • Method.
  • Guide and train subordinates for effective performance.
  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the national sales team.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance against these goals.
  • Establish strong relationships with key customers to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, maintaining rigorous control over costs.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop promotional strategies for products.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management 5 years in senior level, must have 2 years’ experience worked as NSM in FMCG.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Managerial and leadership skills.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Analytical and data driven problem solver.
  • Must be driven by sales Apps like DNMS/ Rosiya etc
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Skills.
  • The candidate must have a Four wheeler license.
