Location: 100% Remote, Work from Home

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: Rs 30,000 per month + (Partnership Opportunity)

Working Hours

Our general working hours are from 7 PM to 2 AM Nepali time, 40 hours a week, 6 days a week. We offer flexibility to reschedule your working hours when needed to ensure a healthy work-life balance.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Executive at Webmilli in New York, NY. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for marketing strategies, communication tasks, social media marketing, web content writing, and web analytics on a daily basis to enhance the digital presence of our clients.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
• Advanced certifications in digital marketing, analytics, and leadership (e.g., Certified Digital Marketing Leader from the Digital Marketing Institute).

Skills and Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC campaign management.
• Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Expertise in content marketing, email campaigns, and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong understanding of data analysis and performance measurement tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Strategic planning, budget management, and ROI tracking experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising, influencer marketing, and customer journey optimization.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (higher experience levels preferred for senior roles).
• Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns with measurable results.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior executives.
