We are looking for Destination Manager for Australia.

The Destination Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of counselors, managing applications, tracking conversion ratios, ensuring effective counseling practices, and collaborating with various internal and external teams to promote and achieve business targets. This role involves a combination of leadership, operational oversight, marketing coordination, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

Team Management:

• Handle inquiries from team members and centers.
• Track daily walk-ins and maintain a Counseling vs Conversion ratio for each counselor.
• Ensure equitable distribution of counseling cases across the team.
• Monitor and analyze cases that were not converted, providing feedback for improvement.
• Conduct regular quality checks by calling students being handled by the team.

Collaboration with Marketing & Other Teams:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan weekly social media campaigns and major events.
• Educate the marketing team on the placement matrix to align their campaigns with team priorities.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging and effective promotional strategies.
• Coordinate with the center manager to learn about unique promotional initiatives and share best practices.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:

• Submit regular reports on walk-ins, counseling sessions, conversions, application matrices, and other relevant metrics.
• Gather and analyze industry reports and data.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on analysis.

Team Motivation & Target Management:

• Set clear and achievable targets for the team, both daily and monthly.
• Regularly review progress toward targets and provide feedback and motivation to the team.
• Encourage a results-driven mindset while fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in education or counseling services.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, partners, and students.
• Team Leadership: Ability to motivate and manage a team, provide constructive feedback, and encourage professional growth.
• Sales & Counseling: Strong understanding of the sales process, counseling techniques, and conversion strategies.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing reports, tracking performance, and making data-driven decisions.
• Marketing Collaboration: Experience working closely with marketing teams to plan campaigns and promotional activities.
