Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Consultative Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a consultative sales professional with a strong understanding of the higher education landscape and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective students to understand their academic aspirations, career goals, and budget.
  • Provide expert guidance on program selection, university choices, and application strategies.
  • Develop personalized roadmaps for each student, outlining the steps involved in the study abroad journey.
  • Address student concerns and provide clear, concise, and informative answers to their questions.
  • Actively engage in lead generation activities through various channels (e.g., online platforms, networking events, social media).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the international education market.
  • Close sales deals and achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Manage a portfolio of student applications, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Track student progress and provide ongoing support throughout the study abroad journey.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and application progress.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the international education market.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and target audiences.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and improve performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., education, international relations, business)
  • Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably in the education or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of the higher education landscape, including university rankings, program offerings, and application processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
