Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Specialist at Kailaasa Advertising. The Content Specialist will be responsible for communication tasks, web content writing, content strategy development, writing, and content management on a day-to-day basis.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content including articles, blog posts, social media updates, and website copy.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of writers, graphic designers, and videographers to produce cohesive content that aligns with brand goals.
  • Content Strategy Development: Formulate and execute a comprehensive content strategy that targets specific audiences across multiple platforms.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to ensure content ranks well in search engines and attracts organic traffic.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track web analytics to measure content performance and engagement levels; use insights to refine strategies.
  • Editorial Calendar Management: Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to align content with broader marketing initiatives and brand messaging.
  • Content Audits: Conduct regular audits of existing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and optimization.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in content management or a similar role.
  • Skills:Strong writing and editing abilities.
