Job Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and awareness.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across key social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns and content calendars.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-quality, visually appealing, and impactful content (e.g., posts, videos, reels, infographics).
  • Build and nurture relationships with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of brand and social media campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Provide regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Assist in planning and implementing ATL/BTL activities.
  • Perform all other activities related to brand marketing as instructed by the supervisor.

Other Specialization

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/management from recognized University.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management (2-4 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Nepali/English.
  • Good computer skills with a working knowledge of office applications and knowledge of graphic design tools.
  • Age not exceeding 30 years.
