Shift: Night Shift (U.S. Based Timings) – 7:15 PM to 4:15 Daylight [8:15 pm to 5:15 am]
Salary Range: NPR 40,000 – 45,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Job Summary:
As a Client Engagement Specialist (Bench Sales Recruiter) at ITsutra Inc., you will manage and market bench consultants with various visa statuses (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and US citizens) while building and nurturing relationships with prime vendors and staffing partners. You will play an essential role in supporting consultant placements by handling negotiations, coordinating job opportunities, and ensuring smooth communication with both clients and consultants. This position requires a strategic approach to sales, effective negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the US recruitment and immigration process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultant Marketing: Proactively market bench consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and US citizens) by leveraging various channels and techniques to secure job placements.
- Vendor and Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors and staffing partners to create placement opportunities.
- Rate and Payment Negotiation: Negotiate competitive rates and payment terms with clients and vendors to meet business objectives and ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Candidate Communication: Keep consultants informed about new job opportunities, status updates, and feedback on placements to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Database and Record Maintenance: Maintain and update candidate databases, closely collaborating with internal teams to track and report on candidate status and progression.
- Bench Sales Process Management: Handle all aspects of bench sales, including job posting, email marketing campaigns, cold calling, and follow-ups to maximize consultant placements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in bench sales or recruiting, with a strong understanding of US staffing and -recruitment processes.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- US Recruitment Knowledge: Familiarity with visa types such as H1B, OPT, EAD, and GC, along with immigration processes and regulations.
- Communication and Negotiation: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients and vendors.
- Sales and Marketing Skills: Proficiency in job posting, email marketing, and cold calling techniques, with experience in building a network of contacts within the industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, human resources, or IT consulting is highly desirable
