Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals and website crawlability.
- Perform keyword research, clustering, and content gap analysis.
- Develop editorial calendars and pillar content strategies.
- Measure ROI on content campaigns and repurpose content effectively.
- Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns with dynamic and remarketing ads.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages.
- Monitor metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversions, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Create automated email workflows for segmentation and personalization.
- Monitor open rates, click-throughs, and spam rates, optimizing campaigns.
- Set up Google Analytics goals and events for advanced tracking.
- Use tools like Google Data Studio to create performance dashboards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data to make informed decisions.
