The Role

We are looking for a talented writer to join our expanding team to win new accounts and retain existing partners. The successful candidate will manage the ITT submission process from end-to-end, working on opportunities across APAC and UK markets. This involves sourcing and researching opportunities, collaboratively developing responses alongside our specialist global teams, and producing high-quality written work to powerfully communicate our expertise.


Responsibilities:

  • Write new business and retention bid submissions, creating and proofing your work to an excellent standard to develop winning proposals.
  • Analyse opportunities and bid materials, build cohesive structures and determine the overall plan-of-action ahead of writing stage.
  • Combine your own research with the knowledge of our senior team, keeping up-to-date with trends in the education and technology markets.
  • Leverage our digital and creative expertise to craft proposals to the highest level.
  • Produce a delivery schedule to coordinate workflow, meet deadlines and handle multiple bids.
  • Seek feedback on completed proposals to continuously refine your process.
  • Follow policies and procedures when compiling and submitting final documentation.


Requirements:

  • Experience writing long pieces of material or academic writing where prior research has been conducted.
  • Prior editorial experience or exposure would be highly desirable.
  • Experience within the marketing or education markets, would be helpful however this is not essential.
  • Excellent written communication skills; creative and strategic thinking is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, collaborate effectively and communicate with our global teams at a range of levels.
  • Can multitask and work to deadlines on multiple projects.
