Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Executive (Pokhara City Based) who will play a pivotal role in prospecting new business, while maintaining and nurturing old costumers and accounts. The position networks with potential clients, manages large accounts work to maintain a loyal customer base, and oversee hotel sales and marketing strategies in local areas. This position’s responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

§ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

§ Minimum 3 years’ experience in any reputed hotels or resorts in similar position.

§ Excellent communication skills.

§ Fluency in English, Hindi, and Nepalese (additional languages preferred).

§ Strong leadership and pleasant demeanor.

Responsibilities:

§ Develop action plans and set objectives to increase sales.

§ Maintain good working relationships with clients to encourage regular patronage and future business deals.

§ Maintain clear understanding of resort policies and ensure compliance.

§ Represent resort in various events and exhibitions.

§ Organize sales visits, demonstrate and present products / property and establish new business.

§ Review sales performance, negotiate contracts and packages. Aim to achieve monthly or annual sales target.

§ Responsible for proficiently analyzing and negotiating deals, demonstrating strong numerical skills and understanding of pricing strategies.

§ Ensure optimal financial outcomes for both the resort and clients in all sales negotiations.
