Shift: Night Shift (U.S. Based Timings) – 7:15 PM to 4:15 Daylight [8:15 pm to 5:15 am]

Salary Range: NPR 40,000 – 45,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Summary:

As an IT Staffing Specialist at ITsutra Inc., you will play a crucial role in understanding and fulfilling the IT staffing needs of our clients. This position demands excellent interpersonal skills, a strategic approach to recruitment, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. You'll work closely with internal teams and contribute to our fast-paced and dynamic work environment by bringing your problem-solving abilities and dedication to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Connect with clients to understand their IT staffing requirements, covering technical skills, project timelines, and budgetary needs.
• Relationship Building: Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Market Research & Strategy: Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, identify business opportunities and adjust recruitment strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Talent Sourcing: Identify qualified IT professionals using a variety of channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Negotiation & Offer Facilitation: Apply effective negotiation skills to discuss offers, perform contract negotiations, and finalize placements, ensuring satisfaction for both clients and candidates.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, account managers, and HR professionals to streamline processes, share knowledge, and meet client expectations.
• Problem Solving: Address any client or candidate concerns proactively, resolve conflicts, and develop creative staffing solutions.
• Time Management: Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-paced, target driven environment.
