Location: Kathmandu

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: 8:15 pm to 5:15 am [ONSITE]

Salary: 45k to 50k plus incentives based on performance

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic relationships with top-tier American clients and key industry partners to ensure seamless placement opportunities for consultants.
  • Showcase expertise in negotiation by securing competitive rates and favorable payment terms with clients and vendors, maximizing mutual benefits.
  • Keep consultants ahead of the curve by providing them with timely updates on exciting new job opportunities and securing their ideal placements.
  • Maintain a dynamic candidate pipeline by expertly managing and updating databases, ensuring no opportunity is ever missed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline candidate onboarding, placement tracking, and seamless operational workflows.
  • Drive results with innovative sales strategies, leveraging impactful job postings, personalized email marketing, and relationship-building cold calls to create unparalleled opportunities for consultants.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Over two years of proven success in bench sales and recruitment, driving impactful placements and client satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree holder with a versatile background, equipped with a solid foundation to thrive in fast-paced recruitment environments.
  • In-depth expertise in U.S. recruitment processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency in every step of the hiring cycle.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, adept at building trust and driving win-win outcomes for clients and consultants.
  • Extensive experience working with diverse talent pools, including H1B, OPT, EAD, and Green Card consultants, aligning the right candidates with the right opportunities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of visa and immigration processes, ensuring smooth onboarding and placement of international consultants.
