We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Client Outreach:
    • Identify potential clients and industry partners through market research.
    • Initiate contact via email, phone calls, and networking events.
    • Maintain an updated pipeline of potential leads.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
    • Identify emerging opportunities and industry developments.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve business strategies.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Internal Collaboration:

Qualifications And Skills

  • Education: Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
