Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Software Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of IT products, customer needs, and effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

2.Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries.
  • Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement of products and services.

3.Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
  • Develop strategic sales plans based on market insights.

4.Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare presentations and proposal documents.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and track progress in sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in IT/software sales or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.
  • Experience of bidding and proposal submission.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT software and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
