Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Client Relationship Manager to lead our sales efforts and client management at The Laundry Bag. This role involves overseeing retail client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding our presence in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in hospitality sales, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Retail Sales & Customer Satisfaction

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all retail clients.

• Understand customer requirements and ensure seamless service fulfillment through internal teams.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests to maintain high satisfaction levels.

• Monitor and improve customer experience through feedback collection and process enhancement.


2. Hotel Sales & Business Development

• Represent The Laundry Bag to hotels in Kathmandu and Pokhara via calls, emails, and in-person visits.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel management and procurement teams.

• Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand laundry services in the hospitality sector.

• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with hotel clients.


3. Coordination & Execution

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery to both retail and hotel clients.

• Address operational challenges by liaising with logistics, production, and customer service teams.

• Keep track of sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize strategies.


Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in the hotel industry (sales, client relations, or operations).

• Strong understanding of hotel operations, procurement processes, and service requirements.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to travel occasionally to Pokhara for business development.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.


Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Starting at Rs. 40,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and skills).
