About the job

Owl Digital is looking for an experienced full-time SEO Specialist. In this role you’ll develop and implement SEO strategies that drive organic growth, helping our clients rank higher, attract more visitors, and increase conversions. You’ll collaborate closely with a diverse team of content marketers, designers, and developers to create and optimize content, identify opportunities, and refine our approach to SEO.

Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for content and optimization strategies
Optimize on-page elements, such as meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures
Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-optimized, high-quality content
Analyze SEO performance using data to guide ongoing strategy adjustments
Monitor SEO trends and algorithm updates
Work with a development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented

Requirements

2 to 4 years working as an SEO Specialist
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, with a strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
Up-to-date with SEO best practices and trends
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions
Fluent in written and spoken English
Strong written communication skills
College degree preferred but not required

Start Date: As soon as possible
Office Hours: 630 am to 3 pm (incl. 1 hour lunch break), Mon to Fri
Office Location: Manbhawan, Lalitpur (not remote)
