Job Description

Position: Marketing Officer – E-Stop Thee Go EV

Location: Naxal, Kathmandu (frequent travel to Mulkot, Chitwan, and Kurintar)

CTC: NPR 40,000 – 50,000

Summary of Key Responsibilities and KRAs:

  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Plan and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract both EV drivers and local diners, focusing on the unique combination of EV charging and dining.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence, engaging with EV drivers, local customers, and the community through relevant content and promotions.
  • ATL and BTL Marketing: Oversee Above the Line (ATL) campaigns (TV, radio, print) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing tactics (events, in-store promotions) to drive awareness and foot traffic.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and within the allocated financial resources.
  • Creative Marketing Strategies: Develop innovative campaigns that integrate the dining and EV charging experience, offering promotions to encourage repeat visits.
  • Brand Development: Strengthen Thee Go E-Stop brand identity as a unique destination for EV drivers and local customers by aligning marketing efforts with the business model.
  • Market Research & Customer Insights: Conduct research to understand customer preferences and trends in the EV and dining markets to shape marketing strategies.
  • Event Management & Community Engagement: Organize local events, partnerships, and promotions that highlight the convenience of combining dining with EV charging.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations and business teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and align with overall company goals.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, especially in campaign execution, social media, and event management.
  • Familiarity with ATL and BTL marketing strategies.
  • Strong budgeting and analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
