Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior SEO Executive to join our growing team in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate should be agile, data-driven, and has a proven ability to help businesses grow through impactful digital strategies. This role will focus on optimizing online presence and driving lead generation efforts through effective SEO and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize website content and meta-data to improve search engine rankings.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and performance metrics to assess SEO effectiveness.
Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to enhance website structure and user experience.
Prepare and present regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for growth strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
Demonstrated success in lead generation and growth strategies.
Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and familiarity with content management systems.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Understanding of WordPress, WooCommerce and Plugin is a must.
