Aarya Technology and Management (ATM) is a software development company based in Kathmandu. ATM specializes in developing cloud-based systems for hotels, travel agencies, offices, spas, and health management. The team, with over 25 years of experience in hospitality, management, and IT, has designed software solutions that effectively address the challenges the hospitality industry faces.


Role Summary

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales team's performance and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies and build strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the sales targets. 
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to align  

strategies.

  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify sales patterns and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.



Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.

• A master's degree (e.g., MBA) may be preferred 


Experience:


• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales in IT field 

• Prior experience in managing a sales team or handling a specific territory is often    

           advantageous

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Leadership skills to manage a sales team and motivate staff

• Ability to present strategies to senior management

• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales data

• Problem-solving skills to overcome customer objections or team challenges

• Willingness to travel if the role involves handling multiple territories or client visits.


Location: Lazimpat, Kathmandu

Work Days: Sunday to Friday

Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM

Salary: Negotiable
