Job Description

The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and a desire to be part of a forward-thinking company in the data industry.


Responsibilities

  • Search for new sales prospects through market research, outbound calls, and emails.
  • Identify potential clients, introduce them to Grepsr's services, and maintain long-term relationship.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Communicate Grepsr's product features and benefits and explain how Grepsr can meet specific data extraction needs.
  • Understand client challenges and recommend tailored data extraction solutions.
  • Maintain and update client and lead information in HubSpot CRM.
  • Lead negotiations, draft proposals, and secure client commitments.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM.
  • Track and report sales activities and progress using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Provide feedback on market insights and client requirements.
  • Cross-department collaboration for a seamless customer experience.
  • Share feedback, best practices, and insights for continuous improvement of sales processes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales with at least 2-3 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or data-related industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of data-related products or solutions is a plus.
