Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and a proven track record of executing successful campaigns across various platforms. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee our digital marketing strategies, manage a team, and work closely with other departments to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across various channels (social media, email, search engines, content marketing, etc.).
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing specialists to execute campaigns.
- Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to increase organic search rankings and paid ad campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and oversee community management.
- Develop email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
- Create and manage budgets for digital campaigns, ensuring cost-effective results.
- Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment in all marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems (CMS).
- Strong understanding of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience in managing digital marketing teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) is a plus.
