Margon is an umbrella company with interests in diverse fields. We are working in business consulting and entrepreneurship training, travel, digital products, and off shored operations, amongst others.
Requirement & Role Description
We are a company with full fledged operations with very limited online visibility. We are looking to create a strong digital brand presence - websites, social media, digital journals and publications, and everything else related to the digital space.
The incumbent will need to understand our company brand personality, our target markets, and develop and promote content across platforms to ensure and strong a positive brand image.
This is a full-time on-site role.
Qualifications
- We are looking for a person with a strong understanding of marketing and brand. A Bachelors or Masters degree with specialisation in Marketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, especially with written and conversational English
- Well read with knowledge and understanding about many things, no matter how inconsequential, is an advantage. Apply if you think you are smart and a quick learner.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, or related field NOT NECESSARY. If we feel you the right fit, we can train you in the daily aspects of the job.
- HOWEVER, you need to have a learning attitude and ready to embrace challenges
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media, and online marketing techniques will always be an advantage but not a necessity
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills is an asset
Remuneration
You could be hired whether you are an experienced digital marketing wizard or a novice. Remuneration will be competitive but ultimately depend on what you bring to the table.
