Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Sourcing:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles. Utilize multiple channels such as
LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to source candidates and build talent pipelines.
Engage in proactive sourcing and headhunting to identify top-tier IT talent
- Candidate Screening & Interviewing:
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of open roles.
Provide insights and recommendations to hiring teams to ensure the right candidates are
selected.
- Employer Branding:
Help build and promote the company’s employer brand to attract top IT talent.
Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials to showcase [Company Name]
as an employer of choice.
- Talent Pipeline Management:
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future IT openings.
Build relationships with passive candidates to create a long-term talent pool.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with
organizational goals.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruiting progress, key metrics, and challenges.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or staffing, with a proven
track record of hiring for IT/technology roles. Familiarity with the IT job market, hiring trends,
and competitive landscape.
- Skills & Expertise:
Strong sourcing and recruiting skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, a
and job boards.
Experience with technical recruiting, including familiarity with programming languages,
software development frameworks, and IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Recruiting Tools & Platforms:
Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruit, or other ATS systems.
- Additional:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
A strong passion for technology and understanding of current IT industry trends.
