With a team of dedicated and experienced consultants, we aim to help students achieve their academic goals through professional guidance and assistance. We also offer test preparation courses for IELTS and PTE to meet the standardized requirements of our students.


Key Responsibilities:

Guide students in selecting suitable college/ universities, courses and country based on their academic qualifications, career goals, and preferences.

Help students prepare and submit applications to universities, ensuring all documents and processes meet the institutions' criteria and deadlines.

Advise students on student visa requirements and processes, assisting with visa applications and related documentation.

Prepare students for interviews.

Provide information and assistance on available scholarships and financial aid options for studying abroad.

Maintain regular communication with students throughout the application process and post-admission to ensure a smooth transition.

Keep up with changes in the education system of different countries, visa policies, and university admissions requirements to provide accurate and timely advice.

Maintain a database of potential students and conduct follow-ups to ensure continuous engagement.

Manage and update student records, ensuring data is accurate and accessible for reporting and follow-ups.


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in any field 

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in student counseling, in education sector.

In-depth understanding international education system, visa regulations and university admission processes. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong ability to connect with students and parents, providing clear and empathetic guidance.

Capable of managing multiple students’ applications simultaneously with attention to detail.

Proficient in using MS Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
