Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Technical Writer. The IT Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and editing technical documents, user manuals, and instructional guides. They will work closely with the technical team to gather information and ensure accurate and clear documentation. This role will require excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly materials.

Qualifications

Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Information Technology skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in project management
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical writing tools
Knowledge of software development methodologies and technologies
Experience in the IT industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field(freshers)/BCA,BIT, BSCCSIT

Time: 7AM to 3PM
Location: New baneshwor
