Position Overview:

The Marketing and Partnership Executive will play a vital role in expanding Kirana's reach and influence through strategic partnerships with corporate entities, executing activation activities, and developing marketing plans that align with our goals. We are looking for a creative and results-driven individual with a passion for business development and marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnerships: Identify, approach, and negotiate partnerships with corporate houses, aligning their objectives with Kirana's brand and marketing goals.


  • Activation Activities: Plan and execute activation events, promotional campaigns, and special initiatives with partner organizations to promote Kirana's products or services.


  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies that incorporate both online and offline channels, with a focus on increasing brand visibility and engagement.


  • Content Creation: Plan on creating marketing content, including social media posts, advertisements, email campaigns, and other collateral, to support promotional efforts.


  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently for marketing campaigns and partnership activities.


  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize marketing analytics to track the performance of campaigns and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.


  • Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure the success of partnership initiatives.


  • Brand Alignment: Ensure that all partnerships and marketing efforts align with Kirana's values and brand identity.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in partnership management, business development, or marketing.
