Job Description

Job Purpose:  

To drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, promoting our range of data center solutions and services, and supporting billing and collection activities.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for data center solutions.

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through various channels.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.


Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.


Achieve Sales Targets:

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve goals.

- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.


Product Knowledge and Training:

- Stay updated on the latest data center solutions and industry trends.

- Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge.

- Educate clients on the features and benefits of Silver Lining’s offerings.


Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.

- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

- Utilize PMS tools effectively to manage customer information.


Follow-up, Billing Coordination, and Collection Support:

- Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices.

- Coordinate with the billing department to resolve any billing discrepancies.

- Support collection activities by communicating with clients about overdue accounts.

- Ensure that all billing and collection processes comply with company policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in data center solutions or IT services.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of data center technologies and solutions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and CRM/ERP software.
