Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team who will drive our business strategy and ensure that the projects meet the business objectives and user needs. You will work alongside the team of developers, project managers, designers, quality assurance team, business analysts, providing in-depth analysis services and suggesting strategies to key partners and stakeholders, providing technical guidance and specifications, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize business needs before translating them into functional specifications.
Conduct in-depth study of business processes and workflows to find areas for improvement and optimization.
Offer strategic business analysis services to company partners, collaborating closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to uncover opportunities and build strategies.
Manage stakeholder expectations by understanding and meeting their demands and keeping them informed of project progress and outcomes.
Create detailed documentation, such as business requirements documents (BRD), software requirement specifications (SRS), user stories, and process maps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement solutions that are consistent with company objectives and user requirements.
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Prepare detailed sprint reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Lead a team of business analysts, offering advice, coaching, and mentoring to help them improve their abilities and achieve their objectives.
Manage change efforts, ensuring that they are carried out successfully and with little disruption to company operations.
Keep up with industry trends and best practices while suggesting and executing new solutions to improve company operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a business analyst, with some experience in project management.
Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and managing small to medium-sized projects.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, information management, computer science, or a closely related discipline.
A solid knowledge of company operations and management principles.
Expertise in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements management.
Experience with data analysis and business intelligence technologies.
Strong documentation abilities, including expertise in developing BRDs, SRSs, and user stories.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including difficult ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in Project Management Software and tools like JIRA, Trello, and Azure DevOps.
SQL experience and understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments
