Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS instructor to join our team at Global Vision Consulting. As an IELTS Instructor, you will play a crucial role in helping our students prepare for the IELTS exam, ensuring they achieve the scores required for their academic and immigration goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching & Instruction: Delivering engaging and effective IELTS preparation classes, covering all four components of the exam.
• Curriculum Development: Designing and updating course materials, practice tests, and resources that cater to various learning styles and levels of proficiency.
• Student Assessment & Feedback: Conduct regular assessments to gauge student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Individual Coaching: Offering one-on-one sessions to address specific student needs and challenges.
• Classroom Management: Creating a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Professional Development: Staying up-to-date with the latest IELTS exam formats, trends, and teaching methodologies to ensure high-quality instruction.

Qualifications

Education: A degree in a related field is preferred.

Experience: At least 6 months of experience teaching IELTS or similar standardized English tests. Prior experience in an international education consultancy or language school is a plus.

Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, with an excellent understanding of IELTS exam requirements and strategies.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

Adaptability: Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit individual student needs and learning styles.
