Position: Sales Manager - IT and SaaS Products


Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with a proven track record in driving

sales growth for IT and SaaS products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the

IT industry, a strong sales acumen, and a proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.


Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market

penetration.

● Build and manage a high-performing sales team by recruiting, training, coaching, and

motivating sales representatives.

● Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team

performance.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

● Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales plans.

● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.

● Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on IT and SaaS products.

● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

● Strong leadership and team management skills.
