Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at WoM - Marketing, Inc. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. They should also collect industry information, policy direction, competitor information, etc. Analyze the market, adjust the marketing plan to address market fluctuations, and prepare annual, monthly, and weekly plans, customer maintenance reports, and related professional analysis reports for company decision-making. While the role is based in Kathmandu, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
- Experience in leading a sales team and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software proficiency
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends
- Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely
- Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
