We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic

team in the education industry. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales of our educational

products and services, while fostering strong relationships with clients in the education sector.


Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field

(minimum).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the education industry.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

• Strong understanding of the education sector and its current trends.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned quotas for educational

products and services.

• Manage and coach a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing training, motivation,

and support to ensure their success.

• Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify client requirements and recommend the most

appropriate educational solutions.

• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value

proposition of our offerings.

• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the education sector, including

educators, administrators, and procurement specialists.

• Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and develop data-driven sales strategies.

• Prepare and manage sales reports to provide insights into sales performance and identify areas

for improvement.

• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with sales

initiatives.

• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
