Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
· Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
· Supervises Sales managers.
· Determines annual and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
· Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volumes and profit.
· Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
· Creating reports on sales performance
· Update action plans and financial objectives.
· Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
· Attend all department meetings, hotel meetings and sales events as necessary.
· Achieving sales growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
· Analysing sales statistics/ trends
· Able to provide trainings and lead Sales team
Required skills and qualifications:
· Proven sales experience meeting or exceeding targets
· Previous experience of 4-5 years in a senior role in Hospitality
· Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and management
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
· Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
· Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
