Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager (Metrics/Data) at SCC. The primary role of Brand Manager (Metrics/Data) will be to manage brands by optimizing growth using data/feedback from strategies/campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing creative design projects, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with teams to enhance brand equity.


We are looking for someone who will **only make data driven decisions**. While managing brands, you will create the pipeline for listening to market feedback and the metrics to look for, and optimizing on those metrics. You are going to be a part of an exciting bunch, and your job would be to ground on in reality.


You will be working in all core pillars of social media marketing: strategy, planning and publishing, listening and engagement, analytics and reporting, advertising.


You will be managing multiple brands. And you will be accountable for creating some filler/non-campaign content for the brands you manage.


Specific Role Description


- Create SMART goals, identify KPIs, and define target audiences and their customer journey

- Establish and manage social media presence

- Evaluate the performance of content on social media and how to iterate on that performance

- Maintain and Analyze dashboards and evaluate the ROI from social media marketing efforts

- Structure campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and build ad that aligns with brands' marketing objectives and the intended audience

- Use different techniques to optimize marketing campaigns, such as attribution and marketing mix models

- Implement A/B tests to optimize campaigns

- Craft compelling and effective visuals, copy, and creative brief for social media ads

Qualifications


- Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Creative Design skills

- Market Analysis and Data Analytics experience

- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen
