Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving consistent sales growth across all digital channels, developing strong relationships with corporate clients, and onboarding outdoor catering and retail sales. This role will also focus on implementing effective digital marketing strategies, maintaining accurate records of sales growth and marketing impact, assisting in data analysis to drive informed decision-making, and contributing to overall brand visibility and customer engagement efforts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies for consistent digital sales growth across channels (website, social media, email marketing).
- Develop and execute digital sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.
- Identify and onboard new corporate clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Take ownership of Outdoor Catering (ODC) and retail sales growth through digital channels.
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including Meta account management, to attract and retain customers.
- Manage social media accounts, creating content to drive engagement and growth.
- Maintain and analyze sales and marketing data to support data-driven decisions.
Experience Requirements:
- Digital Marketing: Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Social Media Handling: Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Campaign Organizing: Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Meta Account Management: Minimum of 1 year of experience.
