Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all reservation activities, ensuring accurate bookings and maintaining high standards of service.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales and front desk teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle special requests and provide tailored recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor booking systems and maintain detailed records to support effective decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
