Job Description

Designation: Business Development/Sales Assistant Officer

Location: Baneswor, Kathmandu

Type: Full-time, On-site

Reports to: Sales Department


Responsibilities:

·       Develop growth strategies and plans to expand business opportunities.

·       Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

·       Increase client base through proactive outreach and networking efforts.

·       Prepare and present persuasive business proposals to potential clients.

·       Negotiate effectively with stakeholders to secure favorable deals and partnerships.

·       Identify and assess business strengths and customer needs to tailor solutions accordingly.

·       Research market trends and opportunities to identify viable income streams.

·       Stay up to date with industry developments and business trends.

·       Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms for the company.

·       Monitor and report on successes, as well as areas needing improvement.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

·       Analyze customer feedback data to gauge satisfaction and drive improvements.

·       Recruit, train, and guide business development staff.

·       Develop annual sales quotas for regions based on forecasted profit plans.

·       Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

·       Proficiency in computer skills (Email, Internet, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.).

·       Experience in designing and implementing business development strategies.

·       Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver results on time.

·       Proficient in conflict resolution.

·       Self-motivated with the ability to motivate a team.

·       Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

·       Excellent communication and convincing skills.

·       Ability to lead high-level meetings and teams.

·       Service-oriented with a strong business acumen.

·       Customer-centric approach.


Expectations

·       Education Level: BBS, BBA, BIM or relevant.

·       Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years in sales or Business Department.

·       Freshers with sales enthusiasm are also welcomed.
