We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce CRM Developer to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.
Implement and manage Salesforce configuration, customization, and development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Perform data migration and integration tasks between Salesforce and other systems.
Conduct regular system audits, prepare for upgrades, and ensure data integrity and security.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader, and integration tools such as Mulesoft or similar.
Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) are highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
