Role Description

The WordPress Developer will lead the design, development, and maintenance of our WordPress based websites. This individual will work closely with marketing colleagues, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in WordPress and web development, a passion for results, a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, and a dedication to serving and being responsive to their work and team.

Requirements

Creative thinker, who can think out of the box. Someone who brings solution and not problems.
Experience: Atleast 3 years of experience with a proven track record as a WordPress Developer (have a portfolio ready to showcase your work)
Web Development Concept: Good knowledge of how a web technology works.
UI/UX Knowledge: Experience in building user interfaces for websites and web applications.
Responsive Design: Demonstrated ability to design and develop responsive websites.
Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects within deadlines.
Collaborative Creator: Work hand-in-hand with designers and other developers to bring new features and functionalities to life.
Troubleshooting Expert: Conduct performance tests and troubleshoot any issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
Trendsetter: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Speed Optimizer: Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring top-notch performance across all devices.
Customization Pro: Customize and extend existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet our evolving needs.

Technical Skills:
