The company offers a unique approach in managing non-core business activities through Outsourced Solutions and Direct Marketing of products and services. This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager for one of our clients inside Kathmandu.
Key Responsibilites
- Management of Customer Services Inbox, ensuring all emails are processed appropriately and promptly.
- Accept and register bookings for required services.
- Offer alternatives to customers and seize upselling and cross-selling opportunites of valued added services during interaction with customers.
- Respond to customers consistently and confidently by providing accurate information in all areas..
- Liaise with Operations and other departments for quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries
- Adhere to global CS procedures while maintaining discretion to exercise flexibility to customers’ needs within reasonable limits in consultation with CS supervisors and managers.
- Highlight areas for improvement with suggested solutions to improve company’s procedures, technology and services to positively enhance customers' experience with organziation.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer-focused Service skills
- Strong Communication Skills.

- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center operations.
- Bachelors' degree in a related field.
