Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Strategist to join our team. The Operations Strategist will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow. This position provides a chance to acquire valuable industry experience while actively contributing to the growth and achievements of our company.
Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving abilities and willingness to take initiative.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, including administrative duties, scheduling, and coordinating activities.
- Candidate must possess knowledge of preparing presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders as needed.
- Support inventory management and logistics coordination.
- Help streamline processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Perform data entry, reporting, and analysis tasks as required.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in travel and tours operations, including documentation, visa lodgement, and booking and reservations
