Role Overview
As a Senior Admission Counsellor at Mentorlab Education, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through their study abroad journey. Your responsibilities will include managing admissions processes, providing expert advice, and utilizing your sales acumen to close deals. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in similar roles, demonstrating a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage the entire admission process for study abroad programs, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students.
· Provide expert guidance and personalized support to students, helping them navigate their study abroad options and make informed decisions.
· Leverage your sales acumen to develop and implement strategies for increasing enrollment and achieving sales targets.
· Utilize your strong communication skills to build relationships with clients, handle inquiries, and negotiate terms effectively.
· Work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance program offerings and improve the admission process.
Qualifications
· At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar admission counselling role, with a focus on study abroad programs.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills are essential.
· Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
