Ideal Applicant Summary
- Education: Master's in education or relevant field.
- Experience: 8+ years in Nepal’s development context, including 2+ years on donor-funded projects preferred. Strategic vision and leadership in the health sector.
- Cultural Knowledge: Understanding of Nepal’s environment, social systems and post-federalisation; FCDO experience highly desirable.
- Collaboration: Effective collaboration with Nepal's government, partners, and social entities; proven success with government agencies and donors.
- Programme Design: Experience in design, management and service delivery.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organisational, mentoring, and excellent writing/editing in Nepali and English.
