Job Requirements
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Communicate with client via phone and chat
- Proactive and approachable in building relationships with clients and customers
- Take self lead and follow ups
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Handling calls and moreover delegating tasks frequently
- CRM tools (software used is a plus point)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve targets.
- Monitor and report on business development activities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and results.
Other Requirements
- Education: Bachelors passed
- On- Site from 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- IT Consulting
- Fluent in nepali and english
- Basic computer knowledge, including domain and hosting usage
- Two wheeler with valid driving license
- Self Laptop required
- Probation : 3 months
- Salary: Negotiable
