Position Highlights: As a Business Development Officer at Teamone Technologies, you will be pivotal in driving our company’s growth. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies. You will be crucial in expanding our client base, particularly focusing on Nepal-based clients, and enhancing our market presence.


What You'll Do 


  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base. Generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and convert leads into sales.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Ensure client satisfaction, address issues promptly, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Utilize insights to inform business strategies and approaches.
  4. Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to potential clients. Tailor solutions to meet client needs and effectively communicate our value proposition.
  5. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Set and track sales goals, and analyze performance metrics to drive improvement.
  6. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients. Ensure that agreements align with company policies and are beneficial for both parties.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical, delivery, and project management, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  8. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and client feedback. Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and outcomes.
  9. Networking: Represent Teamone Technologies at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Build and enhance the company’s market presence and industry reputation.


What We’re Looking For 


  1. Proven experience as a Business Development Officer, particularly with Nepal-based clients, in business development or sales within the marketing or IT industry.
  2. Strong understanding of branding and marketing, as well as IT services and solutions. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical clients.
  3. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  4. Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
