Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Integrated Marketing Manager located in Kapan. The Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for market planning, executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing projects, implementing multi-channel marketing strategies, and driving sales.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop Marketing Strategies:

  •       Create and execute marketing plans to meet business objectives.
  •       Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

Digital Marketing:

  •        Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  •      Develop and execute PPC campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed.

Offline Marketing:

  •        Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns to support business goals.
  •        Coordinate and implement traditional marketing initiatives such as print advertisements, direct mail campaigns, and radio/TV commercials.

Brand Management:

  •       Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all marketing channels.
  •       Develop brand guidelines and train team members on brand standards.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within budget.
  • Track and report on marketing spend and ROI.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing metrics and present findings to senior management.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.

In-store Events and Promotions:

  • Organize in-store events and promotional activities to increase foot traffic and sales.
  • Coordinate with store managers and staff to ensure successful execution of events.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Market Planning and Project Management skills
  • Integrated Marketing and Multi-Channel Marketing expertise
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
