Position: L1 Support Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented L1 Support Full Stack Developer to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support for our software products, troubleshoot issues, and work on the development and maintenance of web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy new features.

·       Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues in a timely manner.

·       Monitor system performance and respond to alerts, ensuring minimal downtime.

·       Provide first-level support for user inquiries and technical issues, escalating to higher levels when necessary.

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

·       Implement security best practices to protect applications and data.

·       Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

·       Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.

·       Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and server-side languages like Node.js, Python, or PHP.

·       Experience with database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

·       Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

·       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

·       Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

·       Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins.

·       Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

·       Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
