Role Description

This is a full-time on-site or remote role for an OTA (Online Travel Agency) Specialist at Curves n' Colors. This role involves managing travel bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and optimizing online travel solutions to enhance the client experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Assist clients with travel bookings, changes, and cancellations via email, phone, and chat. Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities.
  • Booking Management: Manage and process travel reservations, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages. Ensure accuracy and timely confirmation of bookings.
  • Platform Optimization: Utilize online travel agency platforms to streamline booking processes and improve user experience. Stay updated with platform features and industry trends.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues and complaints related to bookings or travel experiences promptly and professionally.
  • Sales and Marketing: Promote travel deals, packages, and special offers to clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of bookings, client interactions, and transactions. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Negotiate rates and terms to benefit clients and the agency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in the travel industry, particularly with online travel agencies.
  • Strong proficiency with booking systems and online travel platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools.
