Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve export targets for jute products.
- Identify and engage potential clients in international markets.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing and terms of sale.
- Negotiate contracts and manage order fulfillment from start to finish.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export sales, preferably in the jute or textile industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
